Our mission

Neurofit exists to make cognitive rehabilitation more engaging, measurable, and accessible — so every decision about care, return-to-work, or daily life is easier to make and easier to justify.

our vision

A world where anyone recovering from or living with cognitive challenges gets consistent, evidence-informed support — in the clinic, at home, or back at school or work. Where everyone involved sees the same clear picture of progress.

Trusted by 750+ users across clinics, universities, and insurance providers across North America.

Our values

Grounded in research, built for the real world
Clinical evidence translated into tools that work in real clinics, classrooms, and disability programs.

Clarity over complexity
Plain-language, claim-ready reporting that families, employers, and funders can actually use.

Built to fit, not to disrupt
Designed around workflows clinicians and case managers already have — not against them.

Earned trust
We handle sensitive data with the same care our partners' clients expect from them.

Our story

When Alexander Theodorou's father experienced a life changing stroke, Alex saw the gaps in rehabilitation first hand: short visits, limited funding and few tools to keep therapy going between sessions. During graduate work in brain injury and neurotechnology, he met clinicians who wanted the same things families did – engaging practice, better data and a smoother way to work together. In 2019, he founded what is now Neurofit to help close that gap. Today, Neurofit supports clinics, universities and disability programs with web based cognitive activities and progress tracking that help connect the dots in care.
