An active client is any client who completes at least one Neurofit session during a billing period (calendar month). If a client doesn't complete any sessions in a month — whether they're on a break, discharged, or just inactive — they're not counted and you're not charged for them. The first 5 active clients are always free, on any plan.
When you have more than 5 active clients in a month, you're automatically on the Pro plan for that month. You'll be charged $35 CAD for each active client beyond the first 5. Your first 5 are always free — that never changes, regardless of which plan you're on.
No. Neurofit is billed monthly based on actual usage. There are no annual contracts, no seat minimums, and no cancellation fees. You can scale up or down every month based on your caseload.
Yes. Neurofit supports clients aged 6 and up. Exercises are calibrated for paediatric populations including ASD, ADHD, and developmental conditions. Children's accounts are managed by the clinician — parents don't need an account.
Yes. University programs, hospitals, health systems, and insurers can access enterprise pricing with volume discounts, SSO, BAAs, and dedicated support. Contact us to discuss an arrangement for your organization.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enterprise accounts can be invoiced monthly or quarterly. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
Annual billing is available for enterprise and multi-location accounts — contact us to discuss. Individual Pro accounts are billed monthly based on usage, which keeps things flexible for practices with variable caseload sizes.
